LIMITED WARRANTY

Mundaka Optic Products are warranted free from manufacturing defects for one year from the date purchase by the end user as proven by the sales receipt. Mundaka’s only obligation is to replace or repair products the Mundaka after sales service agrees are defective. All returns must be sent to Mundaka’s Warranty Centre at the country’s main distribution warranty office, freight prepaid. Mundaka will pay the freight for the return shipment. Any repair or replacement of any product under this Limited Warranty is not available for ordinary wear and tear, including scratches or paint chipping, or for any damage caused by misuse, abuse,unauthorized modification or repairs, accident, heat, improper maintenance or care, incorrect setup or any other irresponsible use.

Please ship your Mundaka Optic products UPS, FEDEX in a box with adequate packaging to protect the product against damage during shipping. Please print and complete Mundaka Optic Warranty claim and include this document with your products.
